Early to rise

Up early today after last night late finish. Business planning with the board to pull together an upto date business plan for 2010.
As we all set amongst the Alice costumes, we compiled our aims and objectives for the next couple of years. And guest what, I have loads to do!
It was great to see the press release in the paper promoting the website and the involvement from the kids choosing our new logo. I'm loving it. It a bright new feel for 2010.

Scripts and Songs

Well what a day yesterday! With the main roles finally cast, and what a difficult job it was, scripts were given out and costumes were discussed. Loads of ideas and thoughts on what we need to prepare to make sure we produce a great show. Margaret came up with a fantastic opening song and finale song. I managed to hear the afternoon group sing their hearts out. Well done guys. Keep up the hard work!

What's been happening?

The latest is, that the Team at Class Act have been expanding their grey matter thinking of suitable ideas for the forth coming show in the spring. Well, it took a while as you can imagine, and then suddenly there it was..........Alice in Wonderland. So now it's all go, fundraising groups busying themselves in preperation for our annual auction and of course our costume volunteers eagerly awaiting the release of the cast list so we can get started. Dont forget any offers of help are gratefully received, dont leave it to someone else!!
